I'm almost two weeks post op from my third back surgery, over three years from the first, and over three months from the second. This surgery was a lot more involved and def more painful. I'm not gonna lie, if it wasn't for my husband, family and friends along with all your well wishes and support, I'm sure I'd still be in the hospital. The surgery was about 5 hours long and though I woke up in recovery I ended up in the ICU. Got my BP stable and high enough and made it back to the regular floor. Eventually I finally got to check out and go home! I even won a medal for being their most polite and nicest patient that hospital ever had. Translation, most patients there are horrible people AND I was hurting and heavily drugged LOL. Now, thanks to genetics and complications I have to take medicine every 4 hours for 20 days! Did I mention I hate my alarm? Then I got a big fat allergic reaction to the medicine I have to take. Steroids are amazing things short term. It's going to be 4-6 weeks before I feel much better so please be patient with my responses. Thank you everyone especially my husband Gary and mom and dad who are having to deal with me on a daily basis. Give me a little time, I'll be back before you know it :) love you all! It came right after I got home from the hospital at the perfect time to lift my spirits! This is a one of a kind, Blue Ghost Ouija, aged bronze statue. When Anthony over @creepyhollowstudios approached me to make these and donate a portion of the sales to the @talkingboardhs I asked if I could get one done in the style of the rediscovered Blue Ghost's inspiration, the gravestone statue "Eternal Silence" in Chicago. It's also aged bronze and the story behind re-discovering that is for another time. For now, thank you Anthony, it came out awesome and now sits in a very special place as part of my Ouija Museum. For anyone else who still wants one, agreed bronze isn't an option BUT the other choices are equally amazing. #ouija #blueghost #tbhs #talkingboardhistoricalsociety #ouijahistory
